With a completely fresh vanilla install of New Vegas I installed NVSE, and installed the MCM with the Fallout Mod Manager. Usually it installs just fine, but for some reason it's not working now. Darnified or Vanilla UI+ last and overwrite I play with mods so the MCM is a must. Or, if you want to test MCM, search Toggler mod on Nexus Solution for Mod Configuration Menu not showing up in pause menu. Search for one of those (little difference between the two, only in how they handle multiple characters), install it, maybe the MCM menu will appear. CASM has an MCM-compatible version or, to be more precise, there are two MCM-compatible versions of CASM.
